As part of Engineer’s Week 2014, TOG Dublin ran a bridge building workshop in the Science Gallery. We stopped in to chat about bridges along the Liffey.

The Bridges of Dublin Exhibition, showcasing some of the best content from the site, is currently available to view at Civic Offices, Wood Quay.

Cable re-tensioning works are currently on going on the Samuel Beckett Bridge as part of routine maintenance works. Re-tensioning is required in order to ensure that the required forces are maintained.
